Many other BC Transit employees in various departments retired, and also deserve credit 
 for their years of service, but are too numerous to mention here. Without them, there 
 wouldn't have been a bus in service, or a schedule or destination to drive it to. 
One such employee who rates honourable mention is Norm Grayson (body and paint shop 
 foreman, Burnaby Overhaul), who retired on August 1, 1992, after 43 years of service. 
 A dinner was held for Norm at the Metro Hotel in Burnaby on June 26, 1992. Norm Paven 
 and Alec Dawson organized the event.
