Custom Homes for the discerning bird
There have been

feathered friends who
have flown by to visit us.

The Pagoda The Nagano PagodaThe Olympic Flag
Perched high atop the Hodaka Mountains, the Nagano Pagoda is the official accommodation for the athletic birdies of the 1998 Birdie Olympics. This spacious suite also serves as a place of worship for those birdies wishing to pray to the Shinto gods for good fortune in the birdbath competitions. This honourable birdhouse can be a home for any small bird such as an Oregon Junco or a family of Chickadees. Birdies entering the Pagoda are reminded to remove their shoes and don their "kimonos".

Bob's Cabins
The Log CabinThe Olde Fort
This fine log cabin was home of the infamous Yosemite Sparrow, the rootinest, tootinest, varmit known west of the Pecos. Yosemite Sparrow's archrival, Billy the Chic"KID"ee, was hold up in the fort pictured on the right. Legend has it, these two had a showdown and pelted each other with bird seed bullets just down the street from the local Wet Your Whistle Saloon.

HRM's Summer Abode The Towers of Bobylon

Although I don't expect to see an exposé on next week's "America's Castles", the Towers of Bobylon are unique birdhomes.   Although suited more for a "KING"fisher, once again this home is designed for smaller birds.  Handcrafted using several different types of softwoods, the exterior stone surface shows the grey stone work used on many British castles built in the early 1500's. Guaranteed to provide protection from invading "Knight"engales and War Hawks on horseback. Moat not included.

"Where birds go when they feel a bit "peck"ish."
Different birds like different types of birdseed.  To attract a specific type of bird, you may wish to select a special type of birdseed blend.  A good all around blend will contain sunflower seeds, millet and other small seeds.  Remember, the larger the seed, the larger the bird it attracts.  (Does that mean Brazil Nuts will attract Eagles??)  In the North West, keep your bird seed mix small if you wish to avoid "Starlings". Over one billion hatchlings served. Stay tuned for our "Fly-thru" window service, for those birdies who don't have the time to flap on in.
