INTENTIONALLY, THE LAND WILL REMAIN UNDEVELOPED. THE LAND WILL BE OWNED BY  THE FOUNDING GROUP AND WILL PROVIDE
RECREATIONAL LAND FOR TENTS AND TENT TRAILERS AND SMALL R.V.S.

It is planned that the site will be chosen with the following guidelines

  • The  land will be within 3 hours drive of downtown Vancouver British Columbia, Canada.
  • It will not be necessary that the land be serviced with water, sewage or power. No permanent dwellings are planned. Suitable area for outhouse construction will be required.
  • Farmland, island retreat or woods & valley ambiance is preferred
  • Waterfront -ocean or river- is also part of the general vision but may be cost prohibitive. Ocean or river access is also desirable
  • Single mode transportation to the site (car) is preferable to multi, more costly transportation i.e. B.C. Ferries/car.

Site size, land title, and campsite division:

  • Strata title with first choice buy-out for those wishing to later dispose of title is one planned arrangement.
  • Campsite location will be by individual selection. For sites that have more than 1 person contending, a draw will chose the resident. It is planned that land with overall desirability will be chosen so it is expected that campsite position will not be a major issue.
  • It is planned that campsites will be used for tents and tent
