This is a prospectus for the development of a rustic campsite area for G.M. Bears and  G.M. Outdoors men. Conditions and plans are general. The intention is to attract like minded individuals and couples. Once a small group has been formed. the details , community sharing principles and restrictions will be decided by consensus.
