Delegates' Conference

The North American delegates' conference was held in Los Angeles February 8 and 9. Sixty-eight people attended as observers and delegates from the 4 areas of Northern California, Southern California, Hawaii and New York.
Mr. Russell Yeomans, the attorney for International Headquarters, explained the draft of the revised bylaws of Seicho-No-le.
Delegates voted for the new bylaws and elected 15 members to the board (4 each from N.California, S. California and Hawaii: 3 from New York)
Discussions were also held about effective methods of propagating within the U.S. This led to a question and nswer session regarding the status and activities of English groups. The discussion and exchange of ideas made the conference very meaningful for future organization within the U.S.
