Litigation Committee

The purpose of the litigation committee is to advise the board on the feasibility of cases. Normally, the Board will receive cases or ideas for cases from students. If the Board feels that potential cases will meet the mandate of the Society and have a possiblity of proceeding the Board will pass the cases onto the Litigation Committee for an opinion. Usually, members of the Litigation Committee will also do some work in researching cases and, if the case is approved, preparation for court cases.
