There are three main 'players' involved in the Ukrainian adoption for Albertans: the Alberta Government (Adoption Services), the Canadian Government (Citizenship & Immigration Canada), and the Ukrainian Government (the Adoption Center in Kiev, Ukraine). Each 'player' has certain requirements and paperwork which must be met. The process begins with Adoption Services in Edmonton and finishes with the Adoption Center in Kiev.
