"Sometimes when you win, you lose"

"All through the centuries scholars and scientists have been imprisoned tortured and burned alive for some discovery which seemed to conflict with a petty text of scripture. Surely the immutable laws of the universe can teach more impressive and exalted lessons than the holy books of all the religions on earth." –Elizabeth Cadt Stanton.

Clarity and comprehension combined with the immutable gift of reason and wisdom are our path to understanding. The main biggest differences between man and animal is that while they live, we think. All Gods creatures are basically the same, two eyes, ears a mouth and nose. The real difference is our mind. We are blessed with imagination and our ability to understand what we do and how we do it. But do you really think that is all we are?

Biology and science are two of my personal favorites. I must tell you this about science based from some of my views. There is little chance of the human mind evolving to the stage it’s at. The chances are about as good as sweeping up all the chips in a computer factory and expecting to have a super computer ready to work. If it were not for some form of divine intervention life as we know it just would not be conceivable.

The bible is an amazing reference to moral thought and a great understanding of out past. It works as a teacher for the teachers. Like everything in this world, nothing can last forever. You can only learn so much before its time to take the next step. You can only get so much out of something before it’s empty. Through the years the spread of education and science has been attempting to tear the bible from it’s thrown. And from what I have seen, sciences are winning.  In all honesty, please tell me were would we be today if we truly were started from only two humans? It is time for a new testate, one that will combine everything we know from everything we can’t understand.

"Heaven, as conventionally conceived, is a place so inane, so dull, so useless, so miserable, that no-body has ever ventured to describe a whole day in heaven, though plenty of people have described a day at the seaside".-George Bernard Shaw

From the time we could chisel engravings on walls we have had the thought in the back of our mind that there has to be a higher being. A leader of all leaders, something or someone to have created all that we see. We have wanted to understand something, we will never understand. Select leaders have stepped forward with theories, religions or speculations on what God is. It seems to me that the foundations of all religions are based on the fears of many, and the cleverness of few.

The bible is probably the best documentation to our past ever written. It says that God created man in his image. Does that have to mean God looks like us?  Just because God created us in his image doesn’t have to mean he has two hands, two feet body and face. It doesn’t mean that God is a male or female. The explanation “god created us in his image” has been misinterpreted. Don’t always take everything you read so literally, especially my ramblings. I believe that God did touch us from birth. From the time we were all just single celled gizmos floating around in the watery abyss God has helped us. God has been shaping our minds on a level above everything else. We grow as a single race, like a child into an adult. Just take a look at your life, and admire all the wonders we have accomplished. We may not see changes in our selves as a person but I see improvements in the kids, kids of kids.

Imagine for a second, that god is nothing we would want to understand. Incapable of knowing the difference between right and wrong. Energy knows know love, and feels no hate. Even things that we create can be used to destroy. Destruction even on the worst levels is usually just another way to create because life will always find a way! God is a power that any one of us can bend or shape. We believe that we need encouragement, and so we receive it. We believe a need for revenge, and it’s fulfilled. God is the force that surrounds and connects everything. True energy can never be created or destroyed, only transformed. It requires about the same amount of effort for energy to create a galaxy full of clusters, stars and wonder then it does for us to breath. If that’s all God was, I don’t think life would be this much fun. God is nothing that can be explained in trivial words. Go outside and feel the winds, smell the flower, touch the animal, what is it? Can you see it?

And when we die, we don’t go to some majestic someplace were dreams or nightmares come true… just try to imagine what you would see and hear with no eyes and no ears. What would you think about with no brain to process information? What would you feel no longer imprisoned to the restricting limits of a body and to be one with the true essence of life?

"What is more, it appears to be generally realized that some of the world’s foremost philosophers, scientists, and artists have been accused atheists and that the increase in atheism has gone hand in hand with the spread of education."  –Encyclopedia of Philosophy.

"Sometimes when you lose, you win"

I hope that in someway this helps you understand my point of view. I am fully open to discuss this. If you have any questions or comments you would like to send me, please feel free to ask. I’ve never been offended by anything anyone has had to say. I also would like to know if you think I will be punished for the ways in wich I think?
