The Philosophy of Khalsa School




Khalsa School is dedicated to teach the whole child through Academic,

Sikh Religious and Cultural Programs.



Khalsa School provides an environment which supports and encourages

each student to maintain a Khalsa identity and to have a high

self-esteem and self-confidence while living

in North America.



Khalsa School provides a challenge for each child to achieve

the highest level of performance in body, mind and spirit

in coordination with the school, home and the

Sikh religion and philosophy.




Khalsa School is sponsored by The Satnam Education Society of British Columbia whose purpose is to establish and operate Khalsa School according to the best of the Provincial Schools' curriculum, and to teach Punjabi, Sikh History, Sikh Religion, Gurbani, Kirtan, Sikh Culture and distribute Sikh literature.
