Jay Kuchinsky's new CD"Bag of Beats" is recorded and ready for release in April of 1999. Featuring 16 new tunes 9 original instrumentals by Jay as well as music of Ireland, Scotland, Spain and Israel. Jay is joined by his band "The Firewalkers" Featuring Jim Hepler on bass and lead guitar, Stu Mitchell on percussion, Peter Pirquet on rhythm guitar and Craig Repchuk on accordion. Jay plays fiddle, 5-string banjo, banjolin, and button- accordion. Many of the tunes were written on Jay's 1996 trip to Europe.
