| With the reality of NAFTA, cross-border shopping, the European Economic Union and a dozen other forces, many experts predict that the eventual amalgamation of the countries of North America into one 'Super County' is inevitable. Many Canadians are concerned that Canada will disappear as it is absorbed, either wholly or piecemeal, by its neighbour to the south. CAPTU is dedicated to exploring the notion that it would be more profitable, for both great countries, if Canada were to become the dominant partner. At first look, this idea may seem illogical, unworkable, and a complete waste of time. However, on closer examination and with an open mind, it will be obvious to all citizens that this is not only the best choice for North Americans, but realistically, the only viable option. |
