Update
I have found information on a Stefan TOSOFF who lived in Toledo, Ohio.
He was born april 18,1884 and died February 1968.

It is possible this is the relative Grandfather came over from Bulgaria .
I am now looking for any and all assistance I can on this individual and any relations that may be in the US. I hope also to track down relatives in Bulgaria. Any one who comes across this page is welcome to offer suggestions and ideas to enhance this search.
