Well, this is a game I play avidly. If I don't say so myself, I think I'm pretty good at it. Anyway, for those who aren't familiar with it, here are some links to help you out, as well as links to several decks I have created and had success with myself.
Your first stop should be the Highlander web page at the Thunder Castle Games web site, the makers of the Highlander CCG (and hopefully the role-playing game, soon!) Here you will find the rules, spoiler lists, card lists, strategy tips, and much, much more. A must-visit site!
If you can't find any players in your area, don't worry, because Highlander is perfectly suited for online play, either through email, or IRC. There are a couple of unofficial leagues set up to facilitate this type of play. For email, there is the Watcher's Journal, the first such league to come into existance. There is also The Gathering, which specializes in Lean & Mean games. For IRC play, visit Virtual Immortals.
Another good page to visit is Steve Crow's. He has played many CCG and role-playing games, and quite frankly, there is almost no one else who is more knowledgeable about the game than he. His page has even more Highlander links (as well as links to other interesting sites).
Of course, there is also the Highlander-related page of Stealth Dave, where a spoiler list for upcoming Star Wars expansion of Highlander can be found ;-)

And finally, here are some decks that I have either created myself, or have gotten off of others. I have tried to include at least one deck from each Immortal, and will hopefully continue to add to the list. The decks list the contents as well as tips for playing the deck.
