12" x 6" (300mm x 150mm) 4-knot Border on Fabriano Artistico 140 lb/300gm water colour paper. This chain of three linked knots is a spontaneous design, improvised and drawn freehand without tracing or mechanical aid, other than Canada-goose quill and my own homemade ink painted with brush in cadmium red and cadmium orange acrylic.
