About the Artist

I am Aidan Meehan, an artist and author of many books on Celtic Design and calligraphy published by Thames & Hudson including the Celtic Design Series.

A silkscreen print maker for many years, I produced a Celtic tee shirts before taking up book production.

Returning to tee shirts in 2005, I prepared twelve of my favourite Celtic designs in black-ink-on-white-cotton tees. These high-quality, ultra- heavyweight white cotton shirts have taped shoulder seams, double-stitched neck lines and come in four sizes, small, medium, large and extra large.
